Conas deireadh a chur le creathadh agus torann i gciller scriú

Screw chillers often produce some noise during actual use. The measured value of these noises has exceeded the normal standard value. Now both domestic and foreign countries have a more in-depth understanding of the vibration and noise of the equipment. , There is a relatively complete set of ideas for the distribution, characteristics and identification of the noise emitted by the screw Chiller . '

To prevent the occurrence of noise, enterprises usually use their noise testing system to test the key areas of the sound source of their noise, and then effectively take measures to reduce vibration and noise, and the work site of the screw chiller can be reduced by the dynamic balance method. For power frequency vibration, the compressor main shaft and the motor shaft on the equipment are corrected at the same time, so that the shock absorption effect is féidir a bheith an -mhaith .

There are many ways to eliminate the vibration and noise of the screw chiller. Different forms of flexible couplings can also be replaced, so that the sound can be effectively reduced. The parts on the equipment need to be fastened in time and the assembly between The clearance also needs to be improved in time, so as to reduce the vibration of the bearing and reduce the noise, and the refrigeration Níl comhbhrúiteoir ionraoin pháirc ola ag feidhmiú go maith agus teipeann air .

Má bhíonn fuaim an chiller scriú neamhghnách go minic le linn a oibríochta, is é an chúis is mó leis an mbreithiúnas ná go bhfuil na boltaí ceangailte den chomhbhrúiteoir scaoilte, agus go bhfuil an cúpláil teasa idir an mótar agus an comhbhrúiteoir mura bhfuil an gléas ailínithe i gceart, beidh sé ina chúis le hoibriú bocht .
